Christ Community Church will be participating in the Jackson Township Community Night Out this Tuesday, August 3 from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Fairlane Avenue Park. (Set-up begins at 4:30 p.m.). This event seeks to honor our local first responders.

Stephanie Hammer will be heading up our outreach effort, which will involve giving away small bags of cookies with the message, “Taste and see that the Lord is good” along with our church’s name, location, and website. We will also be giving away flyers about our upcoming Family Fun Day on Saturday, August 7. Sonya Valentino and her team will be making balloon animals for the children.

Cookie donations are needed—whether homemade or store-bought. You can bring them to church this Sunday if possible, and we will bag them. Alternatively, you can drop them off at the church’s stand on Tuesday. (Homemade cookies should be two per bag, and store-bought should be wrapped.) Just look for the church’s canopy and banner.

Thank you for participating in and/or praying for this community outreach event!
